The only way you can move up to higher tiers is by earning Tier Points which you'll get when shop with us, sell to us or by shopping at certain popular brands. How many tier points you’ll earn when buying from us ?
When buying from us you earn 1 point for every £1 that you spend with us.
How many tier points you’ll earn when selling to us ?
When selling to us you will earn 1/2 a point for £1 worth that you sell to us e.g. if you sell to us £5,000 worth of gold you will earn 2,500 points.
Do tier points last forever ?
Tier points expire after 24 months, so if you dont buy/sell in that period than you’ll automatically move down to the next tier. To retain your membership tier you will need to transact with us in that period.
